Why did Dr. Carlyle design SpinalFit?

Dr. Carlyle saw a need for an exercise program for his patients with spinal conditions. He would give exercises for patients to do at home but couldn’t guarantee compliance or safety because of poor form or technique. He also regularly was seeing patients that were exercising at home or at gyms that had injured themselves. Therefore, he decided to design SpinalFit.
