Align Your Spine

Chiropractic is a lifestyle that involves all aspects of wellness, including exercise, nutrition, personal development, and stress relief. We have been fortunate to work with people from all walks of life (including newborns, children, and adolescents) and the outcome has been miraculous. When visiting our practice, we take the chiropractic lifestyle to a level where it becomes REAL for you. Not only do we offer the adjustment, but we combine these programs with tips on fitness, nutrition and stress relief. We take into account your entire body and the lifestyle choices that you make when developing customized protocols for you to follow.

Your Body Is A Temple

The human body is a self-healing and self-regulating machine. It miraculously extracts from food that which it needs and rids itself of the rest. Due to the business side of food and sustainability, many manufacturers have added chemicals, preservatives, additives, dyes, and other inert ingredients to enhance shelf life and profits. Unfortunately, these ingredients can be life-depleting over time.

For many people, food and diet are very problematic. Instead of being a source of nourishment, food has become an area of conflict and confusion- endless weight loss dramas, eating disorders, cravings, addictions, body image obsessions and never-ending searches for “the best” nutritional system.

Relief For Mommy, Too

Establishing pelvic balance and alignment is another reason to obtain chiropractic care during pregnancy. When the pelvis is misaligned, it may reduce the amount of room available for the developing baby.

A misaligned pelvis may also make it difficult for the baby to get into the best possible position for delivery. This can affect the mother's ability to have a natural, non-invasive birth. Breech and posterior positions can interfere with the natural ease of labor and lead to interventions such as C-sections. At our office, we are highly trained in prenatal chiropractic care. This type of care is essential to consider, because during pregnancy, there are several physiological and endocrinological changes that occur in preparation for creating the environment for the developing baby.

An Accurate Analysis

We can develop a comprehensive picture of a patient’s neurospinal health by consistently and reliably measuring key physiological parameters, including an evaluation of your NeuroSpinal health. We are then able to identify problems with confidence on the initial exam, and with re-exams, accurately measure outcomes to evaluate progress and guide further care.
